Launch
See you on September 15, 2026.
The app is coming to iOS and Android.
How it works
The request leaves your home, passes through the store someone is already visiting, and comes back to your door.
The world comes to you
Describe the product you would like to buy and send your request in one tap.
Simple and efficient
See who is available in your favourite stores to pick up your shopping.

The two roles
One account, two ways to take part. You choose every time you open the app.

Features
The requests you are shown come from the streets and stores around you.
Save the stores you visit often and find the people who go there too.
Confirm the brand, the size or the handover time right inside the request's conversation.
Every run ends with a rating. Profiles keep the history of what was brought back.
The requester sets the tip; the bringer receives it in the app once the run is handed over.
The product amount and the tip go through a licensed payment provider. No cash changes hands.
Security and trust
Payment is the most locked-down part of the app. Here is exactly what protects every run.
Every transaction goes through PayPal, one of the most regulated payment providers in the world. Ramène moi never sees your card.
Your payment details are entered and kept at PayPal, never on Ramène moi's servers.
Money never wanders off: the payout to the bringer is triggered by the delivery code, given in person at handover.
Every run can be reported from the app; support reviews each dispute with the PayPal transaction at hand.
Payments secured by PayPal — no cash changes hands, from the first euro to the tip.
FAQ
Open the app, go to My requests and tap the run in progress: the delivery code appears on the request's page as soon as a bringer has accepted. Give it to the bringer at handover — that code confirms the delivery and triggers the tip payout.
The requester pays for the product and the tip in the app, through PayPal, when the request is confirmed. At handover there is nothing to pay: no cash changes hands.
The requester sets it when creating the request. The bringer sees it before accepting: everyone knows exactly what to expect, with no haggling at handover.
The bringer lets you know through the request's built-in messaging. You can adjust (another brand, another size) or cancel the run right in the app if nothing works.
Launch is planned for September 15, 2026, on iOS and Android. The six video tutorials arrive together with the store release.
